After a brief “discovery” conversation, the inspection begins with a thorough investigation of the attic where we look for signs of water penetration, low or improper ventilation, and any other hidden problems not viewable from the roof. Next, we head up to the rooftop, where exposed nails, worn or damaged shingles, and even aging chimneys and pvc pipes are examined for issues. The entire process is thoroughly documented with detailed pictures which can be sent to you at your request. The final step is to review our findings with you, provide an assessment and answer any questions you might have. What doesn’t our consultation include? It doesn’t include you being pressured to listen to an unwanted sales pitch…ever!
